Blast Management International (BMI) acknowledges a client’s right to lodge a complaint or appeal when they are dissatisfied with the training and /or assessment services and experiences provided by BMI or any third party delivering services on its behalf. This process includes complaints against staff and other students.
BMI will ensure clients have access to a fair and equitable process for expressing complaints. Please read our Complaints and Appeals Policy for more information.
